Leadership
Jon-Michael leads ProDeCon Consulting overseeing strategic decisions, company operations, and service delivery.
With over 20 years of experience in retail development, he brings deep expertise across every project phase, from lease review through design, permitting, construction, and delivery with the ability to translate complex projects into long-term success.
Prior to ProDeCon, Jon-Michael co-managed an architecture office in Sacramento and directed international civic & cultural projects in Europe and the Middle East while living in Europe.
He’s a proud grandfather who believes grandkids are the best reminder that patience and humor are part of every successful plan. Away from the office, he’s usually mountain biking or admiring his wife’s paintings - a skill he freely admits he hasn’t inherited.
